Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about creating and managing a Kwaheri memorial page, shared simply and clearly.
Zelora is a digital platform created for life's defining moments, from celebration to remembrance. It helps families stay connected through organized, shareable online spaces that preserve dignity and clarity.
Kwaheri is Zelora's memorial service. Families can choose between a Mini-Obituary for quick announcements or a full E-Eulogy to honor and preserve a loved one's life story.
A Mini-Obituary is a simple online announcement page where families can share funeral details, meeting information, and important updates in one link. Unlike a newspaper notice that fades quickly, it can be shared instantly via WhatsApp, SMS, or social media, and updated anytime if plans change.
An E-Eulogy is a full digital memorial. It allows families to share a detailed life story, upload photos, include the order of service and hymns, receive tributes, and publish a gratitude message. It remains online and accessible through one link, so remembrance lasts beyond the funeral day.
A memorial page can be created by an immediate family member or someone officially chosen by the family to coordinate arrangements. Families remain in full control of what is shared.
Yes. Funeral details can be updated at any time, and changes appear instantly. The same link always stays current, so there's no need to resend new posters or documents.
Yes. Many families begin with a Mini-Obituary to share urgent announcements. When ready, they can expand into a full E-Eulogy with the life story, gallery, tributes, and gratitude message — moving at their own pace during a difficult time.
Families choose. Public pages can be viewed by anyone with the link. Private pages are password-protected, so only those with the password can access them. You remain in full control.
Anyone with the link can send a tribute. Families can decide whether tributes appear immediately or require approval first. Administrators can edit or remove tributes at any time, ensuring dignity and respect.
The Gallery has two sections: Life Moments 🖼 - photos of your loved one while alive. Farewell Moments 🕊 - images from the burial day and ceremonies. Together, they preserve both celebration and farewell in one place.
Each Kwaheri memorial package is paid per burial. Once you select a plan: Essential, Premium, Legacy, or Concierge, the payment covers both the creation and hosting of that memorial page for the chosen period. To help families feel confident, we offer a 12-hour free access period so you can explore the platform before making a full payment. Please note: once payment is made and the memorial link has been shared, refunds cannot be issued, as the page becomes active and publicly accessible. If you have any questions before purchasing, our team is always available to guide you.
The length of time depends on the plan you choose: * Essential - 3 months * Premium - 12 months * Legacy - 24 months * Concierge - 24 months During this period, family and friends can revisit the memorial anytime. If you'd like to keep it active beyond the initial plan, extensions are available so remembrance can continue for as long as you wish.
